Order and payment
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. Depending on your preferences or the information provided, we may also send you a confirmation via WhatsApp or contact you by phone to confirm the details of your purchase.
To pay for your order, you choose the payment method from those offered by AZOR Jewelry on the payment page. In this case, the transaction will be debited from your account within one day of the delivery confirmation date. Your payments are secured by the Interbank Payment Center (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service.
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin the production process of your personalized items.
Since our products are custom-made for our customers and we begin production immediately, you have 30 minutes after placing your order to request cancellation. Please note that after 30 minutes, we are able to offer an exchange or a voucher. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service by email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation is only possible before the item is shipped.
Cancellations will be processed the same day we receive your cancellation request.

At Azor, online security is our priority. We do not store any financial information on our servers. Azor uses reliable and reputable third-party hosting and payment providers to ensure the security of your personal data.

Delivery
Yes, you can pick up your order in store as soon as it's ready. We'll notify you by email or phone as soon as it's available.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the address. Please contact us promptly with the updated information.
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, both within Morocco and internationally. They are calculated based on express shipping rates and the total weight of your order.
Morocco: Free delivery on all orders, excluding promotions and clearance sales.
Europe: 650 MAD
North America and Asia: 850 MAD
The exact shipping cost is shown on your invoice and may be lower if you combine multiple items into a single order. We therefore recommend completing your purchases in one go to optimize costs. All our prices include VAT.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to available stock, after receipt of your payment.
In Morocco and abroad, items will be sent to you express.
Absolutely! Simply provide the recipient's address when ordering. We also offer elegant gift wrapping upon request.
Returns - Exchanges - Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, it can be returned within 5 days of receipt, provided it is new, unworn, undamaged and not personalized.
A partial refund will then be made, after deduction of delivery and processing costs, set at 15% of the total amount of the order, with a minimum of 300 DH.
Personalized or custom-made jewelry is not eligible for a refund.

Simple customization (2D engraving, cutting, etc.): 65% of the item's value refunded (the 35% covers design and manufacturing costs).
Complex customization (embossed jewelry, setting, specific creations, etc.): 50% of the value of the item returned (the 50% covering design and manufacturing costs).
In the rare event that a piece of jewelry does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours, with supporting photos. We will offer you an exchange.
No. All sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Guarantee
Yes. All Azor jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects found under normal use.
The warranty covers:
Assembly-related defects
Defective welds
Clasps that do not work properly
Stones that come loose for no apparent reason
The warranty does not cover:
Natural wear and tear due to daily use
Scratches, shocks, deformations or accidental breakages
Oxidation or discoloration caused by chemicals, water, perfume or humidity
Any modification or repair carried out outside of Azor Jewelry

Yes, all our jewelry—whether regular priced or on sale—is crafted with the same high standards, quality, and craftsmanship. No compromises are made on materials or workmanship.
No. Items on sale, clearance, or on sale are considered final sale.
They cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the event of an obvious defect covered by our guarantee.
In general, personalized or custom-made jewelry is not covered by promotional offers, unless explicitly stated.
Once your order is finalized, no changes can be made retroactively. Remember to enter your code before confirming your payment.
No. Delivery costs remain the responsibility of the buyer during promotional periods, even if delivery is usually free outside of the promotion.

On average, it takes 7 to 10 business days to design and manufacture your custom piece. This time may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
No. Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty. Each piece is custom-designed and made exclusively for you.
No. Custom creations are not eligible for refund.
However, if you are not completely satisfied, we can offer you a credit equivalent to 70% of the value of the item, the 30% covering design and manufacturing costs.
Once the order is confirmed, changes are no longer possible if production has already started. We therefore advise you to validate each detail with our team before launch.
