However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your jewelry, please note that new, unworn, undamaged and non-personalized items can be returned within 5 days of receipt, for a full refund. Personalized or custom-made jewelry can only be subject to: an exchange, or a credit note (voucher) worth 70% of the item amount, the remaining 30% covering design and manufacturing costs. For any return request, please contact us beforehand at azorjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the jewelry.
