We start by chatting

Honestly, my favorite moments are when clients walk through the door of the studio with their eyes sparkling. Some arrive with an old, crumpled sketch, others just have a vague idea... "I'd like something that reminds me of my grandmother" or "Something different for my engagement." It doesn't matter! We settle in and take the time to chat. My colleagues and I ask lots of questions - sometimes it may seem indiscreet, but it's to get to know you better.

The drawing takes shape

After our discussions, it's off to the computer. Our designers first sketch by hand (old school!), then move on to 3D. You know what? This step is always surprising. People have no idea how practical it is to be able to "look around" their future jewelry on screen. "Ah, I want it thinner in the end" or "This stone seems too big to me." We tweak it as much as necessary.

Expert hands come into play

And then, my favorite artisans take over. They don't mess around with 18-carat gold! I watch them work sometimes—their movements are so precise... It's like dancing. Little by little, your project comes out of their workbench. It's always moving to see the customers' reaction when they discover the final result.
